About Me
Hello! I'm Yumi, CEO and Co-Founder of LEAD, a platform that leverages data and AI to optimize knowledge management, knowledge transfer, and organizational change. We help companies identify key influencers, enhance collaboration, and improve decision-making to drive productivity and engagement. Since launching in 2020, over 1,000 companies have adopted LEAD.bot. My work and LEAD have been featured in TechCrunch, Japan Times, ThriveGlobal, and on Japanese TV networks NHK and Nippon TV.
I'm fluent in Japanese, Mandarin, and English, and hold a law degree with a strong background in product management and data science, particularly in people analytics. I have a patent pending with LEAD, and was granted an O1 visa (Extraordinary Ability Visa) as a business leader, recognizing my achievements and potential before obtaining my green card.
Previously, I served as the first Country Manager for Meitu in Japan, contributing significantly to their $4.5 billion IPO. I also co-founded Spinnaker Partners, engaging in international M&A and venture capital investments. A serial entrepreneur, I started my first business at 18. :)
